「We had one misunderstanding about the type of reserved room. Although I reserved a triple room for 3 adults (which price was reasonable that motivated me to reserve) ,but in check-in process in hotel was informed that actually the reserved room is for two people and for third one I must pay an extra money.
I paid that extra amount, but honestly said if I knew about it ,maybe I had not got the room.」
