The property was in a great area. Lots of shopping for essentials close by. Staff and locals were all very friendly and spoke relative good English.

Decent stay
It was nice! Expected the room to be cleaner to be honest, but it wasn't that bad. There is space for improvements! Overall enjoyed the stay :)

Uno hotel
Professional, courteous, and friendly service from check in to check out. Room was very comfortable. My only suggestion is when you arrive request a room that is not overlooking the Main Street unless you want to wake up early in the morning to the street noise. That and not in room 101 which is next door to the breakfast area.

Nice hotel in downtown
Good location, many restaurants around. They offer airport shuttle for 750 hryvna, too expensive. We got a ride for 80 using inDriver app.

This is fairly new and modern designed small hotel. I have exchanged three hotels in about ten days and this one is exceptional. It is located in distinct location surrounded with some small apparel exclusive shopping and excellent restaurants. I enjoyed every bit of the moments being here.

One good hotel to stay in Odesa
Very nice room. Breakfast could have been a bit better and they should have a gym, otherwise very happy with the hotel.

I would like to personally thank the staff for their friendliness and willingness to help especially Ekaterina who was at the front desk. My flight was not until 9pm on the day i was supposed to check out and after my girlfriend asked if i could stay for a few more hours she let me stay and check out until 7pm so i could rest and relax in the room! I have never experienced that any hotel i have stayed anywhere in the world during my trips! The rooms were modern, new and very clean and everything is just a walking distance away. My girlfriend from ukraine had a great and memorable time here and we will come back here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Fabulous hotel very centrally located. We were upgraded to standard room which was lovely. Service efficient, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately only stayed one night and as we had very early tesin departure in morning we didn't have the breakfast. We both liked Odessa.

My UNO Experience
Excellent all-round service, polite room staff, efficient management, excellent breakfast and breakfast staff, friendly receptionists. Great security! Enjoyed my stay immensely, will definitely return. The rooms are original, well designed, comfortable beds, ample bathroom space, well equipped with good electrical points for appliances and devices

Fantastic location, great service and clean rooms
Great location. Excellent front desk reception and service in general. Rooms are clean and tidy. My cheapest tiered room wasn't the fanciest but was comfortable and quiet enough even though it was facing the street. I would return but pick a more expensive room, price difference isn't big.

We found a small baby cockroach in the bathroom and proceeded to find a different hotel to stay at. Upon telling the front desk that we had found a cockroach and were leaving, they merely asked if we had taken anything from the minibar and sent us on our way, without apology or even offering to refund our room for the evening.

Dear Guest. Despite the anonymous status of this review, we know who wrote it. The request to check out earlier you voiced on the first day of your stay. According to hotel policy and payment for stay on the online resource, we were not able to refund your money for the last night. The cockroach, as you say, was not the reason of your departure. Also, we offered you to move to another floor, but you refused. In addition, our hotel have high marks for cleanliness and we think that it was not baby cockroach, but a small bug that flew through an open window, since your room did not have a mosquito net.

Beautiful little hotel in the woods, yet close to the road and airport. Fresh air and quiet clean rooms. The only thing is to be aware of, there is no accessibility for strollers and wheelchairs. No one will help you with the luggage either, so come if you are healthy enough to carry your own luggage up the stairs.

Also, all the Guests pay city TAX per person per night.This is a decision of the city authorities and this money is transferred to the city treasury.

Was perfect location close to the Odessa Opera House. Walk able distance to Potrmkin steps to get amazing views of the Black Sea. Staff were very friendly and made my stay extra comfortable.

Pros: Nice, clean, boutique hotel. Prices are reasonable. Staff and management are friendly and courteous, and most spoke good English. The rooms were clean, artistically designed with modern décor, (note: some rooms may not appear or be designed exactly as presented on trip advisor.) The delicious breakfast buffet every morning was a plus, one of the best deals in Odessa. Most everything I needed was within walking distance of this centralized tourist area. Cons: Except for the few suites with an outdoor balcony, there is no terrace, rooftop lounge, or balcony for smokers or for sight seers to view the city from a higher level, not much of a view at all except for the street and other buildings. A small bar/lounge/waiting area, not what I would call a 'real' bar, but the night desk clerk did his best to make the drinks I wanted. No restaurant and the only time the dining area is open, is for breakfast. (note: They do have room service). If you need dry cleaning sent out, it takes 4 to 5 days to get your clothes back. No bolt, chain, or double lock mechanism on the main room door, nor is there a peep hole. I spoke with the management about this, and they agreed this is something they would improve upon for safety and security reasons. Upon arrival, there's no elevator, no door man/bell hop to assist you, so prepare to haul your luggage up one flight of stairs. Once inside the hotel, there's an elevator and the staff, of course, will assist you with your baggage.

Air con was good for overall comfort as weather was very hot during my stay.staf f at hotel reception were very helpful in helping to deal with any promlems. Also they always speak to you as you pass though the hotel.
