「A beautiful oasis in the quiet island of Carabao. A hidden gem! We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. The room was wonderful, clean and with an incredible ocean view. We had the entire hotel to ourselves pretty much, with only a few other guests staying at the time, and were treated like VIPs. 「The ferry company cancelled the operation on 24 and 25 Dec, as well as 31st Dec and 1st Jan. This forced us to stay three days shorter than the original booking. Although I know our booking was a non-refundable one, the cancellation of the ferry operation was not our fault. The hotel didn’t return money even though we asked about it very politely and humbly. Instead, the hotel gave us an upgrade for the room, which was nice, until it turned out that the room was in the new, incomplete building...

「It’s a nice beach and the gardens are lovely, but the rooms are terrible. Sockets don’t work; lights don’t work; tap in sink didn’t work. Air con worked, but was very noisy. Food was decent.」
