「This property charges hotel rates but operates much more like an Airbnb. Before arrival, I received an email stating that online check-in was required due to Austrian regulations. This appears to be misleading. The real reason seems to be that reception closes before many guests arrive, so you collect your key from a lockbox instead. 「Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites.」
