The property is based at a salmon fly fishing river, the owners don’t own the fishing, but fishing can be booked through Fishpal, look for Glencassley river. There are superb walks direct from the door and the surrounding area is a haven for wildlife; deer regularly graze along the riverbank, ospreys and golden eagles wheel overhead, and pine martens roam the gardens. Situated in the heart of Sutherland, there are numerous places to visit in all directions.
