This beaUtahful 3-level townhome features 5 bedrooms with 4.5 baths and offers luxury upgrades on every floor. And features a brand new private hot tub. There are 2 master bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and a 12-seat wood-paneled home theater. Not to mention the cozy gas fireplaces, 4 TV's, vaulted 2-story living room, designer furnishings, and plantation shutters throughout. This property is located next to Wolf Creek Utah Resort in the Moose Hollow/Cascade Neighborhood and is only minutes from Pineview Reservoir, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts.
Five spacious bedrooms plus 4 1/2 baths generously accommodate large groups and multiple families. As you enter this townhome on the main level, it features the dining room with seating for 10, with exquisite furnishings, gas fireplace and adjacent kitchen. In addition to double ovens and a four-burner gas stove, the kitchen is filled with every convenience to make entertainment & meal preparation convenient. PARKING- Parking is free. Parking of any vehicles, trailers or equipment of any kind in the Cascades Courtyards is prohibited, no parking directly in front of condo. Parking for the Cascades is allowed in stalls located around the Project. Recreational vehicles, boats and trailers must be parked at the bottom of the cul-de-sacs of Fox Run, Lakeview Drive and along Moose Hollow Drive. No vehicle, trailer or boat may be continuously parked anywhere within the Project for more than three (3) consecutive days without written permission from the Board. No vehicle, boat or trailer (including any recreational vehicle or camper) located anywhere within the Project may be used for sleeping or living purposes, including overnight camping.
CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
