"Good location, big onsen and delicious breakfast buffet"

"I find it quite inconvenient that we are not allowed to check in until all guests have arrived. Despite the check-in issue, the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained."

Rakuten STAY 熱海

"We couldn’t check in when we talked to the first staff though the hotel on line system in the front desk despite we had filled in all our information prior our arrival. The staff also said that we shouldn’t contact him too. It took us more than 20min to deal with the first staff. We tried to check in again by contacting another staff through the front desk system and it took me less than 2minutes to complete the whole process."
