7.2 out of 10, Good, (109 reviews)
"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable.
The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad.
Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5...

OLIVE stayHakata Ward
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (1 review)
"The only shortcoming is that it's absolutely affordable to set up a bathtub just like their neighbourhood “Grand Base Hatakaminami”. As for the rest, I would say Olive Stay is an ideal traditional but renovated Japanese dormitory building. Small but lovely. With everything that facilitates travellers' stays. "

10/10 Excellent
The room, it’s actually an small apartment, was perfect for my family of three. Staff are superb, room is clean and spacious and the amenities (bathroom and kitchen) are well equipped. It would be nice to have a dryer along with the laundry machine. Dream Inn would be my first choice to stay at Hakata. Thank you.
