"The Blackwell is an amazing hotel and facility right on OSU's campus, which is why it's amazingly convenient to so much, but also hard to get a room (and at a "normal" price) on busy times like parents' weekend or any home football game weekend. But if you can get a room at their normal rate on an "off" night, it's the best deal in town. Friendly and accommodating staff, a good bar/restaurant area, and a great breakfast room called 2110 makes it all you need for your stay. Very nice sized rooms as well. Decent gym area too. But it's the convenience that makes this one the winner every time... if you can get a room at the right price."

"Did not need ac. Parking very easy. Room floor dirty. Tv remote no batteries. No wash cloth. Staff very nice n professional. Nice Indian staffer, graduated IT from OSU, top notch!"

"*DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY* -Elevator out of service until further notice! -Live Ants and other dead bugs in window casings. -Cockroach joined my daughter on the tile floor as she was doing her make-up. Pics taken! -Clearly they don’t clean or maintain the carpet. -No pool -Limited parking -Not even close to being worth what we paid! -Rough part of town -NOT ADA COMPLIANT!!"
