"Room was clean, properly stocked, cozy."

"I arrived to check in and had to use the bathroom extremely bad. I asked the guest service person to use the facilities while he checked me in. I was told that there was no bathroom I could use without a room key. So I went across to Wendy’s to use their bathroom, then came back to check in. I let the service desk person know that the refrigerator was making noise, he said OK, and then the refrigerator kept me awake all night as nothing got done about it. There were hairs in the sink when I first arrived, and the sink faucet was loose. Otherwise, I got what I came to Ohio to get done, done.."

"If you are doing anything on the Ohio State campus, this hotel is PERFECT! Beautiful property. Rooms were clean and comfy."

"Found hair on the bed empty can of soda stuffed between the bed and nightstand handfuls of fake flower petals and 3 fake finger nails"

"The first room i got checked into was a king and it was ok until i pulled back the sheet and it was multiple blood stains on the sheets so i went to the front desk and he informed me that he had no more kings for rent all he had was doubles so i had to take that so we went to the second room it was ok until i found a Crack pipe on the ptac smh."
