“Floyd was communicative and kind. The House was beautiful as well as the surrounding mountains and the fenced in yard. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough time to explore and had too much work to do - no fault of the host. And my dog and I had a relaxing and peaceful escape from the fireworks and 4th of July shenanigans that happened in Albuquerque this past weekend. We most definitely will return and check out Ghost Ranch and Ojo Caliente next time. I highly recommend. ”

“Stayed 3 nights in middle of a 5 week roadtrip through UT, AZ, NM and CO. This is a great home base for activities in the Santa Fe area, especially if you plan to visit Bandelier / Los Alamos region as it's about 10 minutes closer than downtown SF.Home is right across the street from the Four Seasons restaurant and spa, and there are a handful of fantastic restaurants in area (shout out to Tusuque Village Market and El Nido).”

“It was perfect for my husband and I because it was the last leg of a long road trip so we were able to rest and rejuvenate. It is very remote, tucked away on its own about 40-50 minutes from Santa Fe on a very rural stretch. We enjoyed our stay and the chef prepared room service dinner very much! ”

“We came on a Sunday night, hard to find on app, and we were completely alone until after dark, as the restaurant is closed on Sunday evening. We loved the room-it could use a microwave especially as it is so isolated)and the views are fabulous”

“Overall, probably one of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. From the private deck to the amazingly well stocked kitchen to the beautiful walks around the property and the yoga decks. It is a bit off of the beaten track, but that is something we really like. Just make sure you have the supplies you need on arrival. Very friendly hosts. We’ll be back.”

“The house was perfect for our family. Lots of space for all of us, and the perfect location for day trips around the area. We enjoyed coffee every morning, and after dinner time, down by the creek. We loved seeing the hummingbirds, yellow monarch butterflies, American Robins, and even a brave muskrat on the property. Necessities (coffee, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc. ) were provided, and we loved seeing the kids master the VHS and DVD players. ”

The interior is absolutely perfect—comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully maintained—but what truly sets this place apart is the outdoor space.Morning coffee on the patio surrounded by quiet desert beauty, and a peaceful nightcap at sunset from the seating area up the hill… it's simply magical. Gina and Vance are outstanding hosts—warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail.……

“Lovely home in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the screened porch and the bedrooms with their own bathrooms were perfect for our 3 adult children and their partners. It was a great "home base" for visiting our friends in Abiquiu and at Ghost Ranch, shopping in Santa Fe, and hiking at Bandelier and in the Carson National Forest. We also enjoyed some quiet days doing art projects and birding around the house. A highlight was heading out to the road late one night to photograph the incredible night……
