“The female staffs attitude was very bad. The hotel is nice. Just a lot of stairs. The breakfast was very poor. I ate the same thing for 5 days straight. Some of the dinner nights and the food was nice. Dinner was better than breakfast.”

“When i arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome & An option of an ice cold rum punch/ fruit punch cocktail. After we checked in, Our room's were available before the initial time. Later than evening we had lunch which was hands down gourmet to each carefully crafted and well seasoned with love dish. Staff had our bags brought up to our rooms with urgency. Staff makes you feel appreciated and taken care of.”

“Nice modern decor, very clean from the hotel lobby to the restaurants and the rooms. Staff at reception: excellent, helping, friendly and knowledgable Staff in restaurant: Some very friendly and excellent, some definitively need a lot of training, to be taught what service means, it’s not about them, but about the client and to make them comfortable. Shouting commands to the staff is annoying for the guest. Food: Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent - great variety and also a special……

“Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few issues that really affected the experience. Check-in took a very long time, which was frustrating, especially when traveling with a toddler. The biggest issue, however, was the water being shut off for several hours. We were not notified in advance. I was actually in the middle of giving my toddler a bath, with a full head of shampoo, when the water suddenly stopped. The staff explained that the main water line had burst, but they were unable to……

“Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Not a party resort. Excellent staff, food was delicious. Small resort , so small pool area and beach but more than enough room to accommodate all the guests without feeling crowded at all. I would return.”
