「A lovely new and clean space. It had all the amenities you would need plus more. Full kitchen with just enough dishes for a small family. There are 6 units connected in an apartment style building so expect some noise from your neighbors, it's not 100% sound proof. Parking is tight, space for 1 medium size vehicle. Leave the truck at home, it will not fit. Overall an excellent stay that is a few short blocks from the sand.」

「Location was great…property was peaceful and well kept. Felt safe to walk to dining and grocery. We did enjoy our stay here however i need to point a couple of concerns out… The couch really needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. It was stained and dirty, we placed a sheet on cushions in order to sit on it. Floors did not look dirty but when i wiped spilled water from it the napkin turned black. I clorox wiped the floor just to feel comfortable. I think housekeeping needs to be more detailed...

「So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! 」
