"후기가 많이 없어서 걱정했는데 기대한것보다 시설도 깔끔하고 숙소 주변도 조용해서 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 어린 자녀와 함께 한 4박5일간의 일본 첫 가족여행이었는데요, 하카타역에서 도보 15분~20분정도 걸려서 조금 거리는 있지만 걸어서 다닐 정도로 충분한 거리였고요, 더블 침대도 2개나 있고 조리도구랑 식기도 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 한국에서 여행가시는 3인 가족에게는 딱 좋은 숙소라고 생각하고요 다음에도 후쿠오카를 여행하게 되면 이 숙소에서 지낼 것 같습니다."

"This is the only terrible experience I have had for so many years of traveling. The bathroom is leaking badly like fountain, the bath tub has the similar size as the one for dogs in North America. It takes 5 steps from entrance to bedding area and no railing in the outside: for me this is a safely issue for any steps higher than 2 feet without railing. "Very hard check in. You can't stay here if you don't have a cellphone. Once we got in, it was fine. We had a lovely modest room with 2 double beds, a kitchen, balcony and washing machine. The micrrowave heating coil was not working, so it took a while to get that fixed, but they were helpful and nice. Better directions to the hotel would help as well. "The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from the train station which is nice but it is hard to find because the facade looks nothing like the photos. The entrance is small and the staff were happy to take our bags as we arrived early and were quick to check us in (just before 3pm). The city taxes were calculated upon check-in. The room was small, dingy and not properly cleaned. I could see a makeup brush and a considerable amount of dust around the fridge area. It was humid outside and the air conditioning did very little to take the edge off. The shower and toilet were fine and the bed was comfortable enough for us to sit on whilst we booked alternative accommodation."

"The main problem was at check in. They have a system that scans one's body passport, which is probably a good thing… when it works. At previous APA hotels I’ve stayed at this system has never worked. When this happens, the attendant simply does what needs to be done at their terminal and all is okay. A slight delay but no big deal. Not this time. Again, as expected, the system didn’t work. The young man kept trying it, over and over. He phoned people and tried again. And again. I tried to just remain calm. But after ten minutes I was frustrated and impatient. FINALLY, he gave me a form to fill in, which I did, and he gave me my room key. Such a pain for what should be a simple problem. He needs some training."
