I was only present for about 9 hours, mostly in my room, but it was a nice property, well maintained and pleasant staff. My only criticism is that the bathroom was slightly under-maintained and was showing some wear.

Usually Hampton Inns are top notch. Not this one. Except for the staff I was disappointed. TV in our room Didn’t work even though the check in clerk worked on it for about 15 min. Bathroom floor mat was frayed and paint needed touching up. Bed was lumpy. Room smelled musty and stayed humid no matter how hard the a/c worked.

The room we booked on Expedia was not the room they offered, but we were accommodated quickly at no extra cost. The night stand by the bed had fallen off the wall and the bathtub faucet handle is not connected to the faucet. Shower head needs updated. Overall it was a good stay after what we had been through that day. I would recommend.

The hotel is definitely going through some changes and the hallways appeared to be newly painted and smelled heavily of paint. But everything was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly.
