This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is perfectly situated for your convenience, offering a peaceful escape in a well-established and tranquil neighborhood on the west side of town. Just a short 10-minute drive away from OU, this property is an excellent choice for visiting families, prospective students, or anyone with ties to the university. The neighborhood park is also a short 2 minute walk for all to enjoy!
