“The property was clean and within walking distance to a very nice beach, not too touristy. The town itself is quaint and it's a 40 minute drive to Split. 12 minute drive to Trogir which was a beautiful little town which we found to be even more interesting than Split but less crowded.”

“Die Tage die unser erwachsene Enkel und wir in der Ferienwohnung verbringen durften war für uns sehr entspannend. Der Ausblick aufs Meer einmalig, besonders, da noch keine Hochsaison war und die benachbarten Ferienhäuser so gut wie nicht belegt waren. Die Tips bezüglich Restaurants, Strände usw. waren sehr gut. Top ist auch der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, da die Straßen doch sehr eng und steil sind. Villa Neira ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!”

“Lovely place with amazing view of the water from the balcony. Easy, chill check in. Walkable to beachside dining and swimming. Parking on premise. Clean and spacious. All it needed was a mirror for outside of the bathroom just to streamline getting ready:) We loved it and would definitely stay again!”

“Lovely and well equipped property. Limited sockets but took extension leads.Make sure to use/bring insect repellent plugs. We found them late and got bitten a lot before hand.Tomislav was great and had a lovely platter/selection of foods for us on our arrival.Kids loved the pool and having the sea close by.Car would definitely be needed and you would need to be comfortable walking up hills to access the property after the beach”

“We spent 4 wonderful weeks at the Villa and thoroughly recommend it. Waking up to those views of the bay and the clear blue Adriatic will live long in all of our memories. We rented the Villa for my 50th as a family of 3, but with family and friends joining us each week. All had a wonderful time. The accommodation worked really well for us, with three lovely double bedrooms in the main house and a self-contained unit underneath on the pool level with a large double bed, kitchen and bathroom……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! Felt almost too good for this fair cost of accommodation, so we were truly happy to fairly tip for it. :) At the end of September the neighborhood, with quite a lot of apartments, was really quiet. “The house was spotless with adequate room for 6 adults. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need.Decent balconies to sit for breakfast and dry towels etc and a lovely clean pool.Good location with a short walk to beach and bar although the area is quite hilly.The host was very welcoming who went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay.Highly recommend his home cooked barbecue evening which was excellent and very good value.……
