「Beautifully located next to Mt Richardson DOC area with lots of forest walks at your doorstep. The property is huge and great for adventures for little kids (away from screens). The house is warm and beautifully recently decorated. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. There is no internet available and therefore no smart TV access (not necessarily a bad thing but notable). Would love to stay again in the summer months. 」

「Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss.」

「We loved the house it was warm and perfect size for our family. Really disappointed that there was no milk in the fridge when we got there, there was no pepper and no handee towels. No condiments whatsoever. We are a kiwi family who live in the states and we visit family regularly- time is always against us as we are catching up with so many family. I found it odd there wasn’t even pepper let alone peanut butter in the cupboard. Happy to take 1400 off us for a couple of nights but not...
