Property was average . Comfortable room & beds. Shared bathroom was not bad at all just right across our room & convenient. Location close to restaurants & gas stations. Only negative feedback 2 staff members were avoiding us in the lobby & eating area. Felt like it was rude behaviour. Overall will still recommend this hotel. Thank you!

La struttura, benché all’esterno si presenti in buono stato, all’interno risulta modesta e con arredi datati. È stato per noi faticoso trovare la nostra stanza da 3 poiché non vi era alcuna indicazione per raggiungerla. La camera risulta sufficientemente ampia e pulita, è presente un piccolo lavandino e un armadio, ed è dotata di asciugamani. I bagni, come il resto della struttura, risultato poco manutentati e non troppo puliti e privi di prese elettriche. Anche se non specificato nell’annuncio, abbiamo con sorpresa scoperto che la colazione a buffet è inclusa. È presente inoltre una sala comune non molto ben organizzata, dotata di un piccolo frigorifero, un microonde e un distributore per bevande calde, e non vi è alcuna cucina. Alla mattina, la sala viene inspiegabilmente chiusa a chiave rendendola di fatto inaccessibile. Check-in e check-out sono effettuabili solo attraverso la formula “self” e gli host seppur presenti in struttura non parlano inglese e pertanto non possono fornire alcuna assistenza. NB: la struttura è dotata di ascensore all’apparenza funzionante nonostante i post it indicavano che fosse fuori servizio.

Definitely recommend

This guesthouse was great! There isn’t a check in but you use the lobby phone for the code to get in the room. Works fine. They also answer other misc questions we had on this phone. Rooms are kind of small but big enough, bathroom is shared and there’s two in the hallway but I never saw anyone else. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Good breakfast with just the right amount of choices. Good coffee. There is an excellent restaurant right across the street. We had a Mountain View with a waterfall.

Property was clean. Good/fast elevator. Key code access to the room is modern and worked well. Breakfast included was basic but decent variety and well attended by staff. Check-in was a bit uncertain since we did not receive a message from the host as we expected (yes, we checked junk mail). We called multiple times throughout the day of check-in to the number provided but no answer. So we changed our plans for the day (very inconvenient) to get to the hotel early right at the 4 pm start of check in. When we arrived we couldn't get in the door. But another guest let us in. We called the number again from the lobby without an answer. Fortunately, we located facilities staff that was able to get us the room and building access codes. Sounds travels easily through the walls. We had a family in the next unit that was up past midnight talking and laughing that kept us up. It felt like they were in the same room as us. All said, decent accommodation for the price (relative to other more expensive places on the peninsula). Check in should be more seemless.

공용주방 없는 게스트하우스

방 숫자에 비해 공동화장실과 샤워장 수가 많지는 않았지만 투숙객이 거의 없어 전혀 불편하지는 않았습니다. 침구는 비교적 깨끗해서 괜찮았는데 문제는 공용 주방이 없다는 것입니다. 게스트하우스에 숙박하려는 사람은 대체로 배낭여행객이나 식비 지출을 줄여보려는 여행객들인데 주방이 없다보니 외부에서 음식을 사먹을 수 밖에 없고 여행중 미리 장 본 음식을 결국 버리게 되는 일도 발생합니다. 식비 절감을 위해 주방있는 숙박시설을 원하시는 분들은 참고 바랍니다.

Struttura anonima, le stanze sono dotate di lavandino, non è presente tv. Bagni in comune spaziosi e puliti. È presente un locale comune con microonde e macchina del caffè. Non è specificato ma LA COLAZIONE È INCLUSA. Alcune persone non sapendolo hanno mangiato il loro cibo nella sala comune, andava comunicato meglio. La zona non abbonda di strutture quindi lo consiglio solo se non trovate di meglio.

Bon pour une nuit pas plus.

Notre nuit etait ok sans plus. Le matelas est trop mou pour moi. Par contre les lavabos et la douche était ok mais prévu pour des personnes de petites tailles. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et bon.
