Spread over three levels and with a surface of 97 sqm, Villa Kora 4 can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in two double bedrooms. The interiors are air-conditioned and equipped with heat pump heating, ensuring comfort in every season.

• First floor: double bedroom with balcony and sea view.



• Dependance (lower ground floor): independent external access, air-conditioned living room, second double bedroom, and bathroom.

Online Check-in and Contract

• After booking, an online check-in is required (upload of IDs and selfies for all guests).



• Data is handled in accordance with the GDPR regulation.



• Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy English version will be provided.

Key Collection

Keys and contract signature take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please purchase the proper bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
