“This was an amazing place. We had 12 members of my family in town for my daughter's graduation. There was plenty of space. The rooftop is a great touch, though some of the furniture was a bit wobbly. The management was beyond responsive. There had been a rainstorm, and I needed some additional cleaning done at the entrance and the rooftop. The cleaners showed up promptly and did a great job. The management accommodated all our needs. The place was beautiful and spacious, and there were some……

“We enjoyed our stay and the property was spacious and fairly clean. The gated community definitely added a sense of safety and peace, which I really appreciated.That said, the home could use a bit of TLC. The walls are noticeably dirty and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Also, while the rooms were roomy, the king-size beds were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. For a short stay it worked, but comfort could definitely be improved.Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick getaway with nice……

“Came here with my girlfriend’s friend group, then came back for my bachelor party. Very solid location, great comfy layout, and a clean place to stay. This has become a go to spot for us on big party gatherings to Nashville.”

“This spot was great to getting to areas in Nashville like The Local and Broadway. One big plus is that it’s close to Wendell Smiths and Hattie B’s on the west side.”

“The house itself was great! The issue is the area the house is in. We had issues during our stay & the property management was quick to respond, however, no real resolution came about other than them “letting management know”. A delivery person used the code & came in on us during our stay. They stated the owner told them it was fine. I contacted the VRBO host & the only resolution I got was that they would look into it. This is a break in our privacy. Our final night, we came home to a party……
