"Completely unsanitary. Bugs everywhere, showers had black mold on the floor. Property manager agreed conditions were unlivable and to give a refund. I immediately checked into a hotel. But when it came time to refund my money, they ghosted me. I had to file a chargeback through American Express. "
"This home was a nicely updated older home in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well-maintained. We had a good stay, but there were a few hiccups. We did not have clean towels, and found them dirty in the hamper. I washed them, but they should have been done before we checked in. A few other things from the listing were not there, including soap in the master shower, as well as water bottles and snacks, which the owner emailed me saying they would be there. The listing also says there’s a hot tub, but we couldn’t find it. The listing should be updated to be more accurate."
