「While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host. 」

「Great stay at Old Orchard Beach. We didnt spend much time in the home as we kept busy but a few things to note. The shower door almost slid off so should probably be adjusted and the fridge is missing a handle, other than that, everything was just what we needed. Thank you again, we will be back again! 」

「Overall, the place was good for a few days. The kitchen and supplies were basic, check in was easy and location was quiet and a convenient walk to the beach and OOB. There was a/c in all rooms and the beds were comfortable, which was great. There are some repairs that need fixing like a hole in the ceiling in one bedroom, replace a few ceiling tiles and cracks in the bathroom.
