“The location was perfect if you are looking for a beach stay. Ocean is a minute walk and you have the strip to walk. The property is very nice and you have the great backyard with a private deck to hang out. The is a fire pit and grill what would have made it perfect would have been if they had a hot tub on the deck. Overall I would stay here again. ”

“This property is exactly as described on the VRBO website, it was clean and perfect for our family of 9. So much room, house is stocked with everything you need even beach things like chairs and a wagon which came in extremely handy. Just a short walk away from all the activity at the center of town. Communication with the owner was great, always just a text away and always making sure we were happy with the accommodations. Thank you for sharing your house with others.”

“We (two families of four) stayed in this house in the second half of June 2025. It's a neat house with enough beds to sleep for 8-10 people. The only downside is one shower. There is another one with hot watter outside of the house but when it's cold outside you may not want to use it. The house if fully stuffed with home appliances, dishes and cookware. They even provided complimentary Keurig coffee cups, some water and beer. Overall it's a good property. ”

“Mitch’s home was a great place to stay in OOB. It was walkable to the beach, pier, and play land, but it was secluded enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of everything. The house was fully equipped with all you might need for a weekend away, and it was very clean. It was also easy to communicate with the owner before, during, and after our stay. “Celebrating (2) of my closest friends 40th birthday and we stayed at this lovely home! Great setup for a larger group - plenty of room for everyone! Jason was absolutely wonderful communicating with from start to finish and would definitely recommended! The kitchen drawers, cabinets and broom closet could use some cleaning & organizing and the overall was very clean and accommodating! The hot tub was broken upon arrival and Jason did a great job of communicating. We were only there for the one……
