「I found this to be very well maintained, clean and quiet. For a one night stay that’s all I really want. The area around the place seemed a little odd - condos next door and some sort of commercial operation across the street but no real problem with that. There was in fact a water view but it was kind of meh and not a compelling reason to pay more to stay there. The continental breakfast was basically next to nothing unless you like pre wrapped processed food items like twinkies. Crazy...

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」

「Receptionist was doing the best they could but working in an adjoined conscience store along with the hotel at the same time. Waited at least 15 minutes for them to come to the front desk after being paged but the gentleman in line ahead of me.」

「Heck in had no front desk. It was very difficult for my elderly parents who are not tech savvy. They had a very hard time getting g in the room. When they finally got in, the room was great. It was clean and had comfortable beds.」
