"The house was nice and big and only 10-15 minutes from Lassen Volcanic NP. The property is cool with a river running in the back, and it’s very peaceful! Only thing I would ask for is updated pots and pans because they were all non-stick that wasn’t nonstick anymore so cooking was kind of a pain! But other than that, no complaints with this property!"

"We had the best stay at this house! It was so welcoming and cozy. When we got there, music was on for us, a basket of snacks on the counter and a bottle of wine. We've never had that anywhere else we've stayed. Shelly and her husband were just the best!! It was my husbands birthday and she made him his favorite cake. Shelly was always available to answer questions. We loved having the deer visit every day and feeding them graham crackers. A first! We were sad to leave. Wonderful house. 💗"

"The property is located in a beautiful forested area. Martha, the owner, was an outstanding hostess. She was friendly and very helpful. The home cooked breakfasts were well prepared and delicious. The only issue we had was the GPS took us to the property through a back route that was longer and over gravel road. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. A good nights sleep is so important on vacation and all the beds were very comfy. We enjoyed a week of quilting, shopping at a great quilt shop in Susanville, visiting breathtaking Mt Lassen Park and Burney Falls. We hope to return next year to explore more of the area."

"Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again."

"Tony was super helpful and easy to communicate with before, during, and after our stay. Couldn’t ask for a better host. The cabin was beautiful, the location was excellent, and our weather was perfect. Only reason for four stars on the description is that we were all just a little disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub, since the house overview had it marked, but on reading the description more carefully, we saw they were just referring to the bath tub downstairs."

"The RV we had reserved did not have a functioning refrigerator so we were "upgraded" to a larger place. It did not have the same amenities as the original place. Instead of a full kitchen, there was a hot plate and tiny microwave. Instead of a dinette table, there was a postage stamp sized table that barely held 2 plates. There was no couch. . The bunk beds were wedged next to the refrigerator so every time the refrigerator kicked on, the sleeper was startled awake. The location itself was quiet...

"We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"
