“Worst time of my life saying at this place, the hot tub was broke when we arrived. Our suite was not ready then they gave us a room and then when we got to the room, it was filthy. Dirty was never made up then we had to go back and get keys for the another room they’re going to give us and then they said the next day we’ll have our suite walked up. The staff did not know nothing about it and then 20 minutes later they called and says all we got the suite ready but it’s upstairs and we’re just……

“Carol fixed us delicious, variety-filled breakfasts. We were in a group of 6 and able to visit outside around a fire, on a porch or inside in large comfortable sitting rooms.”

“The room was good, the bathroom was another story. Sink faucet was loose and had to be held by two hands to use. Maintenance should be all over that. Shower: Mold all around the corners, the door gasket is moldy, and the silicone grout needs to be cleaned/replaced. Needs to be redone. Ever since Covid hotel rates have shot up and the level of maintenance and service have tapered off. Room rates are not commensurate with value received.”

“Ask for Betty!! She was the entire reason we stayed several days longer. Amazing Manager, she saw to every request we made. Keep her at all costs as most of the other employees are absent from their post or entirely ambivalent about helping with anything. Bed, Carpet, Furniture were all very clean & nice. The beds were nicer than I expected. I couldn’t tell if the bathroom floor & shower/tub were run down or poorly cleaned.”
