"Loved it, this is the only place we stay at when we visit San Diego. Just booked our next trip for next month. The room was beautiful "

"There is 5% fee associated when you eat out to make up for wage increases. That’s not really fair- especially with what they charge for rooms and food/beverages. Beds were okay. Service was slow in the firefly but food was good when it got to us. The bartender was great ( shaved head gentleman) and quick. Beware of park view rooms. The park is very busy/active with people outside your door till late in the night. Paid extra for park view- will skip that next time and pay for Bayview. Also- they no longer have buffet for purchase like the pictures suggest. "

"We had a great start. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. My kids loved the water slides. My only gripe is the service in the restaurant; the waiters didn’t come around often but the staff was friendly. "
