"Atmospheric Chateau but in need of a little upgrading. Staff were great and very helpful. Grounds were excellent to walk round. Breakfast was quite reasonable but dinner was poor value. Definitely plan on eating out. Rooms were huge but our bathroom had only a bath with no shower which given how big it was seemed a little strange. The Chateau is dog friendly which we appreciate and overall we enjoyed our stay "

"A lovely, family run hotel with owners who were attentive and friendly. The hotel is extremely close to a wide array of bars and restaurants as well as the Loire river. Rooms were tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The double glazed balcony was effective at keeping the noise out. If you are looking for an authentic, independent hotel with charm and a warm welcome then you should look no further. "
