“The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. ”

“Horrible experience. They gave me the wrong code for the lock box so I wasn’t able to get in until 645 pm. The place was a mess as well. When I finally got into my room it reeked of weed. When I told them about this they told me just to light a candle. I left and asked for a refund immediately, and they stopped responding until Expedia got involved. Then they eventually denied it. Awful service, gross place”

“Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. If you look at the pictures there is no outside photos of the building and the two bathroom photos show different decoration and the toilet and sink are in different positions. Now we need to……
