「Beautiful condo on the side of a ski slope. We didn’t get to witness any of the winter activities but we could see that it was set up well for skiing or any activity, any season. Very clean, exactly as described, host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Was a perfect in-between for us as we were visiting with family both at Letchworth and Allegany. 」

「If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!」

「Great place to get away, quiet and peaceful, enjoyable spot for individuals or familiar. 」

「Convenient location if you want to be in the heart of the village. Walkable to stores and restaurant. Clean and easy to check in and check out. Twin bunks were a little uncomfortable for older kids (teens) but bed in main bedroom was very comfortable. Would definitely book again. 」

「It was a beautiful week away as a family. The farm was full of beautiful surprises. Berries were ripening, Birds were singing. We all enjoyed the water in the pond. It was so refreshing. We had space to play wiffelball and corn hole.We had a blast.A good time was had by all.」

「This property was everything and more than expected. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had all the amenities needed for a great stay. We were close to town and Allegheny State Park. Our host was excellent with communication. We were 6 women looking for a fun and relaxing weekend getaway and that's what we got.」

「This was an amazing location for our family to gather from all over. The property was just as described. There's a lot for younger and older children to do. The kitchen was well-furnished.The cleaning before we arrived lacked. It was OK, but not like we'd expected, but we know it must be a challenge turning it around for the next guests.」
