"Massively overpriced. Tiny, overcrowded pool. €18 for a bit of tomato and mozzarella and unfriendly, lazy service at the pool bar. They gave us a room on the ground level with the window facing the main walkway. We had to keep the curtains closed all day, otherwise everyone would have been able to see into the room. "The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. Also there were no amenities such as shower cap or makeup remover pads, body lotion. Alex did get some for me but it would be nice to provide those in the room."
