The apartment is located on the first floor of a house situated on a pedestrian street. The entrance opens onto the living area, featuring an independent kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals and a living room furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a TV. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with two single beds, one of which is pull-out, a bedroom with a single bed, both bedrooms with access to a small balcony with a coffee table, and one with a queen-size bed and a splendid lake view. The climate is generally mild and humid, favoring the growth of a rich and varied vegetation. Picturesque and characteristic are the villages overlooking the waters of Lake Como. The best way to discover the beauty of the lake is by sailing its waters. The main urban center is Como, a beautiful, elegant, romantic city that houses several villas, monuments and a very suggestive lakefront. However, there are many villages to visit: on the branch of Como stand Bellagio "the pearl of Lario", Cernobbio, Argegno, Tremezzo with its Villa Carlotta, Menaggio and the ancient village of Nesso characterized by many romantic views. In the eastern shore of the lake, dominated by Lecco, is worth visiting Varenna and Bellano with its characteristic Orrido.
