In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Grocery 300 m, restaurant 400 m, bakery 400 m, 6 minute walk to the centre, bus stop, railway station "Villars-Bretaye", indoor swimming pool 350 m, thermal baths "Lavey-les-bains" 19 km. Sports harbour 25 km, golf course (18 hole) 7 km, indoor tennis centre 1.8 km, sports centre 1.8 km, mountain railway 350 m, ski lift 1.2 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 350 m, ski school 350 m, ice rink 350 m, children's playground 450 m. Free ski bus service to the ski region Villars.
"Le Brévent 4", 2-room apartment 45 m2, lower ground floor, south facing position. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds. View of the countryside. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Please note: no parking. No lift.

Bella proprietà comoda alle piste

Ottima posizione, comoda per 3-4 persone, casa come da annuncio. Unica pecca: le stoviglie erano sporche, abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto prima di usare pentole, piatti e posate.
