This 7-room chalet, spanning 200 square meters across three levels, offers a south-facing position for optimal sunlight. The main level features a comfortable and tastefully furnished living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV, leading out to a balcony. Additionally, there is a lounge area and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, six induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, steamer, and raclette grill (Nespresso capsules available at an extra cost). This level also includes a shower and WC. The lower ground floor boasts another lounge area with a flat-screen TV and access to the south-facing garden. There is a bedroom without a wardrobe but with a double bed (160 cm), and a shower and WC. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 cm) and access to a balcony, a children's room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and another room with a French bed (160 cm) and balcony access. There is also a bathroom with a WC on this level.
