Staff was very nice. I had an issue with my booking through Expedia. The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful and patient. Also the shower in my room needs some adjustment. It was extremely powerful and shot water all over the bathroom. The bathroom it's self needed cleaning around the base of the toilet. However the beds were comfortable and that part of the room was clean. They didn't furnish kleenex or a laundry bag. And only one trash can had a bag in it. Overall it wasn't bad.

The room itself was good and evidence of upgrades in progress were apparent. However, in all the years we have been staying at this particular site, the breakfast offerings were the worst they have ever been. I do not expect the offerings to be gourmet food, however the scrambled eggs were stone cold with some kind of seasoning that was gross, the sausage links appeared to have been warmed over several times, the biscuits were dry and hard. We have always been satisfied with our visits in the past and will continue to book here as there are very fee options to choose from, but this time it was a disappointing stay.
