Great location and lovely room but only niggle was an extractor/air conditioning unit about 7ft outside bedroom window which ran all night, not ideal when it was temperature was very warm all night. Lovely breakfast options and all freshly cooked to order. Lovely friendly staff, would definitely stay here again if in the area. Great value for money.

3rd time here over the last 1.5 years. Probably one of the only hotels in Olney itself. Whilst amenities were fairly adequate, room was dusty (cobwebs on ceilings, tea tray/kettle covered with dust).

The manager is always friendly and very informative. The dinner menu is good, the rooms are pleasant, and the surrounding area is lovely. The hotel also has decent amenities, although parking can be a bit of a nightmare.

Great value and a decent breakfast included. Busy Saturday night in the pub with a live band, but we we aware of this before staying and finished around 11pm. Room was spacious with a powerful shower, though not completely separate from the main sleeping area.. the toilet was though!
