「We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)...

「A quiet little ‘granny flat’ overlooking the lake. Very comfortable, with simple compact kitchen incorporated. As indicated in a notice, wifi was best in kitchen area: sometimes no connection in the contiguous bedroom section. Malcolm and Penny very welcoming: Malcolm providing great local advice.」

「Amazing stay with plenty of rooms and hang out areas for large groups. Kitchen was big and open with good pots and pans for cooking. Beds were very comfortable including linen and towels. All amenities were of extremely high cleanliness. Central heating was very effective and was very warm even for such a big place. We had an issue with the hot tub but Anman had it fixed very quickly and communication was outstanding. He was very lovely to deal with and we really appreciated his willingness to...
