This condo is about a quarter to a half mile from the Palisades Tahoe Alpine Meadows parking lot and is perfect for a group looking to lay their head after charging all day on the slopes or nearby hiking trails.
Park outside, enter the building and take the flight of stairs up to the second level. Enter onto the main level of the home where you’ll find the kitchen, living room, dining table, laundry, two bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. Cozy up in the living room by the pellet stove to watch your favorite TV program or relax and take in the views. There is a balcony off the living room and bedroom with sliding glass doors, but the HOA has removed access to the balconies until they can upgrade safety requirements. The balconies are currently not usable during the summer of 2025 and are marked with caution tape.
Each bedroom on the downstairs level has a queen bed and one has a private en suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom and one full bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds, so it sleeps 4 upstairs. Please note there is a loft upstairs that has been locked off. Due to short term ordinance regulations, the loft space is not usable for rental guests.
THINGS TO KNOW
• The condo has three balconies that are not safe to use. They are prohibited and roped off with caution tape.
• The condo has an exterior camera at the entrance. There are no cameras inside.
• We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays. We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
• We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
• There is no air conditioning in this rental.
• The heat is all electric and controlled by electric wall heaters. There are several heaters in the common areas and heaters in each of the bedrooms. Not central heat.
• There is no garage for short term renters, sorry.
• This property's door auto-locks, keep your key with you at all times.
