"Horrible bed , sank to the middle , front desk could t do anything about it , we put into a handicap room on 1st floor(1 chair to lounge/sit at table. Food shoppers at frehmart when parking headlights lite up the room at night and in the morning , the black out shade didn’t work to block it . Front desk not familiar with park city skiing or the mountain. Not familiar with bus schedule. Pre paid Breakfast ($22 pp) , buffet style powdered egg ( scramble ) bacon/suagage home fries ( same menu for the entires trip. Not sure why couldn’t order for regular menu omelet and home fries $19 ( cheaper than buffet price) was told I needed to pay for it. Most of the stuff on the menu cheaper than the buffet pre paid price. Hot tub hot , but no pressure in the jets ( felt like sitting in a bathtub "

"We had a great time staying at Park Regency Resort. The condo was perfect for what we needed. It had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay there again. Close to everything we needed. "

"Donna was a responsive, accommodating & helpful host throughout our booking. The location is excellent-a quick free shuttle takes you right to the Main Street shopping & dining area. My 4 year old grandson LOVED the sledding hill next to the local library, a 10 min. walk. Would recommend young children & seniors stay on the first level of the unit, as the spiral staircase (pictured) is rather narrow & creaky. There are a few card/board games, but no children's toys. WiFi worked well."
