Hotel was unwed by Best Western until it was sold / spun off. Everything is falling apart, ac unit barely holding on, doesn’t hear or cool very well. Break fast is 1 gallon of milk for whole hotel, small stale packaged muffins. Front sliding door is held up by 2x4 wood. Wanna check in early ? 10’s an hour.

Looking at the outside of the motel it looks like its in perfect shape. The entrance and lobby area are nice too but then getting into the elevator to go to our room it was dirty and smelled foul. our room was clean but the toilet ran and no drain plug for a bath. our headboard on our bed was broken. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Room temp was fine. The breakfast was un sanitary! I think they had left sausage links in the pan from the day before and no coffee! Had a waffle and it was good. area was dirty and needed cleaning. outside of the motel there was trash laying around. with just a little work and effort, this could be a real nice motel.

The building was clean and it was very clean. Nice staff. The bathroom had some mildew on the walls and the breakfast had NO coffee or juice. They had the machines but they all just dispensed water. I need coffee in the morning and honestly have never stayed at a hotel and not had it available.

The shower barely spit. And the "Breakfast" was dry cereal and a little milk left in a gallon jug, a few pieces of bread for toasting, and 2 empty hot containers with a 3rd that had cold sausage links in it. The juice machine had water coming out of the orange juice spigot, and the apple juice was 95% water.

Disappointing Stay - You Get What You Pay For This hotel reflects the bare minimum of budget lodging. While the rate was low, nearly every aspect showed signs of neglect and cost-cutting. Towels were thin and worn, maintenance issues were visible throughout, and the overall feel was tired and uninviting. Breakfast was especially dismal: no fresh fruit, broken machines, and the only "hot" item , sausage, sat in a broken warmer. "Juice" was mostly water, and the rest was just carbs: waffles, bread, cereal. Not worth waking up for. If you're just looking for a cheap bed and have zero expectations, it’ll do. Otherwise, spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

Checked in at 4pm. Front Desk said check back in half hour. Cleaner was late. 5:30pm she still didn't return. Found her and asked for towels. She gsve me 2 tissue paper thin towels and 2 washcloths. Nothing else. In morning no shampoo or soap for shower which dribbled out of shower head. Had some kind of bugs crawling on suitcase when zipped it. Breakfast was mini muffins and unripe bananas.

I knew that this stay would be modest at best but I didn’t expect it to be quite this rough. The exterior of the hotel is decent enough, though the entrance could use serious attention: cigarette butts, shovels, and trash set an unwelcoming tone. Check-in was quick and the lobby, bright & decent. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. The room itself was part neglect, part half-hearted refurb. The living area featured a pull-out sofa marred by what appeared to be oil stains, and it wouldn’t close properly. A small table sat against one wall, while a phone with an extra-long cord rested on the floor of the opposite one. The floors sloped noticeably, giving the space a slight funhouse feel. The bathroom was decent, seemingly updated, with a new toilet, tub, and shower surround. The bed, was reasonably comfortable, had clean sheets, but was topped with a blanket so worn and stained that I removed it the first night and didn’t use again. The TV and Roku box didn’t work at all. I asked the front desk clerk the next morning if someone could take a look. He nodded, but I wasn’t convinced he understood. That evening, the TV was still dead and the room hadn’t been serviced — damp towels where I left them. After 3 nights with no service, no attempts to look at the TV, and no one at the front desk I just left. This stay was disappointing even by modest expectations. A bit of care, and cleanliness could go a long way for the Best Western Brand at this place.

Charging a $100 security deposit for a $65 room. Ridiculous. Holding deposit for 8-10 days when placed on my credit card. Room had broken towel bar. Bath tub was very slippery.
