When u walked in you can smell the mildew from the carpets and also the elevator, the room sheets and carpet was filthy, furniture had fingernail paint on it and the bathroom shower curtain needed to be changed, it's could have been better clean a deep clean,and the pool was down for maintenance, you pay what you get at this location

One bed was lower than the other and the blanket on the lower bed was stained in a few places. The property needs painted or remodeled. The elevator needs recertification as it still had the name of the previous name on it and it was hadn’t been recertified in over 6 years.

The continental breakfast was not good at all. The pool was closed. The drain in my sink made noise as if it were backing up (it wasn't backing up though) at random times of the day and night. The sheets and pillow cases had discoloration. The tub and shower were clean, though. One of my white bath towels had grey stains on it. Air conditioning unit was more than enough for my room.

When my daughter and I entered Room 210 the bedsheets were soiled from feces and blood. The bed cover had numerous cuts and holes. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and there was a large amount of mold inside the bathroom. I told Rick at the front lobby who did not apologize nor offered another room as I would have to pay extra for another room. He cancelled my reservation and told me to get my refund from Expedia. I also noted a partial collapse of the roof in the lobby. After a 14 hour drive, this incident was a terrible experience. Old Mill Inn should not be part of Expedia's inventory. Do Not Stay Here. To start, the host was rude and acted like he didn't care about 3 groups of people checking in. He did not say hello or thank you to any of us. We checked in at 3:00pm and the rooms were not cleaned yet, so we had to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes. After inspecting our room, there was a huge yellow stain on the sheet. I found the housekeeper and got a new sheet, but got a queen size instead of a king. The hot tub in the room was cracked all around top and bottom, so we did not get to use. There was a lot of dust and trash under the bed, which was on a bed frame with wheels, so could have been cleaned. The whole place smelled like bad body odor and dirty animals. We read other reviews on google about bad breakfast experiences so we did not eat their breakfast.
