The entire hotel smells. The outside looks great, but as soon as you walk through the doors, you realize something is wrong. The floors in the room were soft, uneven, and threatened collapse. I have a video showing the water faucet in the bathtub does not turn off at all, so you are listening to the shower or the bathtub run all night long. The bed sways. The only positive note is that the actual room is large. At least you can walk around the soft spots in the floor. I’m actually shocked that this hotel has not been ordered for demolition by the city, but then again, the outside gives no indication of the inside.

Indoor pool ceiling was falling in pool drained and un open. Saw several roaches in room. Was charged an undisclosed $100 deposit at checkin because I booked a week Reserved handicap accessible room and it was not provided despite multiple requests, I was continually told room was accessible when room had no required modifications, no handrails, no tub or shower access, room was never cleaned in week stay despite leaving door hanger out requesting cleaning, pot smoke permeated entire hallway and room front desk advised me to open a window, staff tried to charge $250 after checkout for pet fee on service animal claiming bedding had to be replaced because it was so dirty, maybe staff should clean rooms during stays? Staff, management and corporate were all completely apathetic and unresponsive,

The toilet seat was missing a nut so it slid around. The room was a non smoking room and it had a very strong smell of smoke. The comforter was dirty and ripped. There were holes in the wall from removed headboard. A random board was left in the room. Hot tub in room was scummy on the sides. No Kleenex in the room.
