The only positive things I can say is the bed was comfortable, it had a microwave and refrigerator, and it is very close to the zoo. The in-room coffee maker was broken, but I was able to fix it. The coffee provided was not meant for the coffee maker and there was no sugar or cream provided. There was an in-door pool, but it was set to about 70 degrees and was too cold to use. It advertised continental breakfast, but at breakfast time there was a sign that said "No Breakfast." Generally, the entire property was run-down. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and they did provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, but they were practically empty. It's a shame because you can tell the property used to be nice but the current owners have let it go.

The room was dirty with hair and dirt in the shower, sheets were stained, carpet was dirty and had large stains on it. The property had questionable looking people out front drinking and smoking pot. During the night it sounded like someone was coming up to the door and checking the handle. I took my son and left and did not stay the next night.

Extreme difficultly getting checked in (& witnessed every other person checking have the same problems), entire facility seemed dirty at best, upon checkout were charged an additional $100 to what wed already paid expedia booking with no explanation and no management to speak to.

Extremely dirty and unsafe at night. My original room that was booked had dog hair all over the couch/bed and also had areas of dried up dog poop in the floor. They placed me in a new room that still had hints of hair on the beds and the shower doors were not cleaned, I wore shoes when using the bathroom. The place in general looks like its falling apart and is way overpriced for what it is. The photos represent the hotel look much nicer than it actually is. At night there was sketchy people walking around outside digging through the trash. Would not recommend this to anyone.

The room was filthy. The restroom was filthy and wasnt stocked with towels. Tv in the room didn't work. Sheets on the bed was stained. There was holes on the walls. Patches that were painted over. Smelled like cigarettes even tho it was no smoking. Was told my the front desk that they would fix the tv and bring towels but it never happened. Definitely not worth the stay.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Everything is in a state of disrepair and smells like mold. A truly awful experience. I thought about just sleeping in my vehicle but the parking lot is way more sketchy than the room and that's says a lot. The door barely latched, even with all of the locks engaged. Just don't stay here. I can't say enough bad stuff about this place. It's horrible and I want my money back.

For a smoke free property my room had a lingering smoke smell. It looks like I was out in a room that was in the middle of a renovation that was quickly "finished" to allow the room to be used. The shower was not clean and had multiple long hairs in it. Bathroom mirror was dirty. The usual complimentary soaps and lotion were empty as well. The complementary breakfast was a joke. The only positive is the bed was at least comfortable. Learn your lesson from me, pay a bit more and stay somewhere that actually cares about their guests.

Our stay here was horrible because the bed my son was going to sleep on we noticed had a pee stain on the mattress protector, and when we told the manager about it, he didn’t want to do anything about it, and tried to blame us for it. He eventually pawned us off to the head house, cleaning lady who was really nice and understanding, but she should not have been the one to have to handle this situation.

Terrible stay. Unpleasant experience with dirty room, dirty shower. Hair all over the shower. Disappointed. The walls and room furniture broken. I felt uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Reasoning for the low rating: this hotel was interesting… it was not the safest or cleanest environment and it was constantly noisy. We had bright blue/purple lights blasting into the bedroom from outdoors which couldn’t really be filtered out. Our tv continued to turn on, change channels, Change volume, throughout the night (assuming another room had the remote from our tv, as we did not have a remote to turn the tv on and needed to get one from the front desk.). Many individuals hanging around the premise who may be living there at this point - saw into some rooms which were stuffed full with stuff - which is okay and we are happy they have a place to be, however, maybe the hotel shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel anymore… doors were being slammed all night, children directly outside our door though late hours of the night, no mirror in the bathroom, glass in the carpet, big hole for maybe a AC unit in ceiling, 1 roll of toilet paper which was just seated on the back water tank, messy/not clean breakfast area (I.e. spilled food, drink), broken shelf in the shower… Again, staff was friendly and kind and it was a good location for the activities we did , but wouldn’t recommend this spot for a family or those wanting a restful nights sleep.

I must first say that upon arrival we discovered this hotel was being renovated. Once in our room, we quickly noticed that the renovations were still in the process. There was a caulking gun on bathroom counter, no bathroom mirror, no ice bucket or Kleenex, coffee maker but no pods/creamer/sugar, no toilet paper holder (there was one roll sitting on top of toilet), and scraps of dry wall, etc on bathroom floor. I should mention that we arrived very late in the night and were exhausted. The bed appeared to be clean so we chose to just deal with it. No doubt, when renovations are done, this will be a nice hotel.

This hotel was quite dirty and seemed to be like a location for several illegal activities.. there was noise all hours of the nights in the halways plust paper thin walls thay you could hear everything. Garbabge was strung out all over thebparking lot and in front of the building. Everythint set up for q good breakfast in the morning but much to ky dissapointment everything was empty that very morning... pool was tagged closed by the city health inspeftor. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.
