First things first.. We ate in wheelchairs so we requested a handicapped accessible room. We did get that. Bottom floor . ✔️. We check in . Night staff was pretty difficult to understand. Then we get to our room .there was a giant discoloring of the carpet right by the door . Didnt think much of it..We laid down for a bit slept for maybe a couple hours.. Both of us woke up figit

Rooms need to be updated , minor repairs.. cameras outside would be nice… lot of traffic at night after clubs close. I’m afraid someone will bang my door or keyed my car. Lots of renovations going on .. stressful for the guest But property is beautiful. Very close to my home Ten minutes.

Staff lied multiple times regarding pool being closed. Started hefore i ever arrived at hotel. Refused to let me cancel reservation or give compensation for the pool beong down as that was the ONLY reason i booked with them.i live in town and wanted somewhere for my grandchildren to swim for th weekend. Again lied before i ever booked or checked in about pool being open. Pool has been down for over 2 minths but when i called a week prior to visit was told it was open. And when checked ini saw a sign that was down for emergency maintenance and wheni inquired was told it would be open the next day.. when they knew it wouldnt be as there was a huge whole in the floor in hallway leading to pool area.

Half of the hotel was being torn apart and ot was never disclosed before arriving. No pool, which was the only reason we chose this hotel. You had to go outside and around the building to get access to the lobby and to get breakfast. It was extremely cold temperatures, very inconvenient, and very irritating that we weren't told beforehand. We would have chosen a different hotel had we known.

HORRIBLE experience. No one speaks english. I confirmed my reservation by phone (another horrible experience) and got a confirmation number. At check in they couldnt find my reservation even with the confirmation number I provided. Took over 1/2 an hour before they found my reservation. The carpet had holes in it. The people at the front desk acted as if they could not care less. One star is too high.

Place is a dump. No access above 1st floor. Pics online make it look like an upscale hotel however it really should be considered a homeless shelter. Everything was dirty, the heater hardly worked, stains everywhere on the carpet, cigarette burns on the wall. A few months ago there were hotles in the Omaha area that were raided due to human trafficking and this place had to be involved. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Never cleaned our room the whole week we stayed and we asked for service several times we had to go to front desk several times just to get towels and trash bags. microwave didn’t work and trash everywhere in parking lot. Pool was closed whole time and most of place was blocked off. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone and won’t be staying aging

We could not stay at this hotel. The front turnstile door was broken and had caution tape across it. To get to the rooms the exterior fire door was propped open and the second door into the hotel, which had a card keypad, was unlocked. The exterior of the hotel was not secured. The hallway carpets and elevator were filthy and there was a heavy smell of cigarettes and weed. The room itself was filthy and had a heavy smell of cigarettes and weed. It was a nonsmoking room.The bathroom had used dirty towels hanging on the curtain rod and the tub was dirty. There was a heavy film of grime and dirty on the nightstands, TV, and windows. The exterior window opened and didn’t have a screen so it was a straight drop from the third floor. As we left our room there was a woman scrambling out of the elevator who told us she was fleeing an abusive man who was probably right behind her. We didn’t not feel safe and when we told the front desk they said I had to call Expedia for a refund, which after calling was not true. As we walked to our car the police showed up. When I called to follow up after contacting Expedia the front desk will not pick up the phone.

Not as advertised. Room was disgusting and not cleaned when I showed up. The hotel smells like cigarette smoke and is visibly dirty. I refused to stay. They refunded me back 1 night and refused to refund me full price despite utilizing NO services. I would never recommend to ANYONE.
