"First time staying at an apartment in Japan. The station is a five minute walk. The apartment is clean and spotless. You have your own bathroom and shower. A washer inside the apartment and you can dry your clothes in the bathroom. You have everything you need there. Owner responds fast. Also a seven eleven around the corner. "
"Amazing value for the location, plus many places to go locally and good transport to the centre of Tokyo.
Room is small but for the price I am very happy "
"Very close to train station and not too far from Haneda airport. I like that it's not too close to downtown Tokyo, so I get to see more local people and less tourists. "

"I stayed in this hotel for a total of 6 nights in June and 4 nights in July for its convenience and excellent service! I went sightseeing in Tokyo area and all the way to Nagoya, Kobe, and Nara, and I was able to store my large suitcases in the hotel luggage room in between without worrying about them being lost or carrying a lot of extra stuffs to places (so I just brought clothes I needed for 1-6 days with me only while I traveled for 16 days in Japan as my large suitcases were more for my 27 day trip to Taiwan afterwards. What impressed me the most is the care and support from the hotel staffs when my kid suddenly got very ill with high fever and the hotel let me borrow wheelchair to transport my kid to see a doctor in Honeda terminal 3 and they also came to talk to me asking me how my kid’s condition was after we visited the clinic. The front desk staff were all very polite and the cleaning ladies provided great room service! The laundromat available for customers to use was nice and you can find if your laundry is done or not from the TV in your own room, which is very convenient! I love it also because it’s easy to travel with either Monorail, Keikyu metro line, or Limousine buses from the hotel every day! Based on my experience from this trip (I tried this hotel first time in 2023 summer and my other family members also stayed here 2025 spring) I would absolutely recommend this hotel to any visitors (especially who come to Japan first time) and I will stay again! "
"Very happy with this hotel. Even though the distance from here to all the big attractions in Tokyo worried me at first, I’m glad I chose this location. Very close to a Don Quixote "
"Excellent location and restaurants in the hotel, train station was near by, on site parking was easy and Shinagawa train station is less then a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.
Hotel staff were excellent and extremely helpful also "
