We stayed over New Years and it was great. Nice rooms, courteous staff and a nice breakfast. We also took a break in rhe hot tub and it didn't disappoint. Warm pool area is nice when its snowing on the otherside of the glass.

Great stay!!!

Hotel as GREAT!!! Clean, quiet, pool and hot tub great and WORKING!!!! Front desk polite, would stay again. Only complaint is breakfast is not that great , nothing hot just bagels and cereal.

The room was very cute. Everything was fresh and clean. Front desk and cleaning staff were kind. The breakfast was subpar - no fresh/warm foods, and bagels were dry. The bed was ok but the pillows were awful. The vent in the bathroom sounded like a freight train.

Room & hotel were very clean & updated. Very close to prime shopping. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was a little light for my family’s liking. Bagels & cereal.

The room was very clean. They did not have a walk-in shower available for handicap accessible as requested, but had a room with grab bars to get in the shower. The hotel was noisy at 4:00 a.m. when people above me were making noise and talking. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful when I checked in.

This room had trash in it on the floor and around nightstands, the hallway smelled of weed, the refrigerator smelled stale. When we looked in the bathroom, it had paint marks all around and on the door as well as surrounding furniture. We had stayed at the building before it was remodeled and you can stand in the hole where the wall used to be in the room. The room had a bed, two chairs, a TV stand with desk and a lamp, that was it. Half the room was empty. When we left the cleaning crew was asking people if they were checking out, and what room they had come from. I was unimpressed with the staff and the entire venue was not worth the price we paid to stay at it. Hard to believe that it was a Hilton chain. The only good things were the bed was comfortable and the shower with two non matching shower heads was neat. The rest as a disgrace and whoever paid for the renovation should get money back.
