"Very clean hotel. Staff was extremely friendly at both check-in and check-out. Breakfast is good with fresh baguette, multiple cereals (muesli/granola type), couple of juices, scrambled eggs, mini crepes, yogurts. Croissant and pain au chocolat were just ok. Room was great, clean shower and bathroom. Gated parking too. We stayed just one night, but it was great."

"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...

"Excellent host who, when we arrived, was on site and was able to rectify the fact that we were not able to see the information through the Expedia App that was essential for the check-in process. We were notified by the Expedia app that there were communications from the host, but whenever we tried to read them “An unexpected error occurred “. This meant that the codes we needed, and the procedures for using those codes were unknown to us. Kudos to the host for being gracious and guiding us...
