"We loved the property and once we got sorted out about being able to bring our dogs everything was great. The area is lovely and the fenced yard was a plus. The house was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Eclipse day was cloudy but we were able to get views from the back yard. We used extra days to explore some natural areas, awesome and I got to hang out with both my sons and DIL in a roomy house on a beautiful lake."

"The property is well equipped and comfortable. Its easy to get to and right on the lake. Beautiful picture windows overlook Oneida Lake, and make the living area so serene. It was very rainy while we were there, but that did not lessen our enjoyment of this cute lake house!"

"My husband, daughter and I were heading to Sylvan Beach for a surprise birthday party for his grandma and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property."

"This apartment in a home near the Masonic Care Home was better than staying in a hotel. The owner met us at the door to see if we needed any help. It was less than a five minute ride to the campus. I will be checking in the future to see if it is available each time I'm in the area. Again more comfortable then a hotel room."

"Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy...

"The owner was a pleasure to work with. He made special accommodations to meet my families needs without hesitation. The home was immaculate and the neighbors very pleasant. "Very clean, bed was comfortable.expedia double booked our room and was put in a double bed when we wanted at least a queen. Was told it would cost an extra hundred dollars to up grade to kig bed. When we checked in we where told no pets.At breakfast a man brought in a large long haired dog to breakfast. Breakfast was very slim choices , they could have had oatmeal or bagels,just had cereal and waffles. Other than that it was a good stay."

"I stayed here with my partner for 2 nights and we loved the historical features of the mansion. Our room and the other guest rooms are beautiful and have a nice view of the property.
