“Absolutely lovely staff who make you feel welcome and relaxed. Clean, huge, comfortable rooms with love put into their design. Beautiful gardens and pool to wind down in. Breakfast to order included. Tasty daily lunch/dinner menu always with variety of choice, including a vegetarian dish. Surrounded by quiet streets, walkable in daylight to nearby malls, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.”

“Staff were excellent and very attentive”

“We had to dismantle and unblock the shower head before having a shower and there was no hot water. But the staff were lovely and the breakfast was generous and we really enjoyed being able to have a hot drink in the evening for a very good price. It was good being near the town centre and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made up for any inconveniences.”

“Great family, my son played with all the kids. Not a commercial hotel so felt very immersed with the Nairobi culture, breakfast was served with flexible times, Serah helped me with tourisy info and calling for uber. I would recommend to family and friends especially if they have kids. The room was cozy, towels provided, breakfast was great!”
