Lovely, cozy 1 BR apartment with private entrance and patio nestled on a hillside with off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom w/ queen 2” memory foam topper for comfort, full-size sleeper sofa, private bathroom w/shower, flat screen TV, High-speed Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. Located on a private country lane with w/wildlife & rescue horses outside your door for pasture art. Sleeps 2-4. Southern Adventist University is 2 miles away & Lee University is within driving distance. Nearby hiking, mountain biking trails, shopping, downtown Chattanooga, star gazing, and a wealth of indoor/outdoor activities nearby, including the Tennessee River within 15-30 min. Restaurants and shopping include Cambridge Square and Hamilton Place Mall. Outdoor activities: The Greenway, Little Debbie Park, Summit Softball, VW Enterprise South & Equestrian Trails, and Pickleball are within 4 miles! Nearby, Hulsey Wellness Center offers a pool, rock wall, and gym for a nominal fee. Free Frisbee golf course nearby. Local Industries: VW, Amazon, Mckee, and Gestamp. The property is Family-friendly & Substance-free, with

Great Little Spot Near the College
My fiance and our friend were there for the graduation of our other friend's husband from the college and it was a good little spot to sleep. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, everything worked well. Had no issues with check in or anything else. The location is absolutely beautiful. I will say, we didnt realize the bathroom was in the bedroom, so it did make it a bit awkward when our friend, who was sleeping on the couch bed, needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night, or for changing/showering situations. So just be aware that the bathroom is not in a neutral location.
