"This was an excellent hotel, close to all the main sites. It is very walkable. We loved the decor. The only thing that was a bit difficult were the few steps from the entrance to the check-in counter and the stairs to the elevator which made it hard lifting heavy suitcases. "A nice hotel which was conveniently located for the family. The room had two double beds which was a great size for us however the bathroom was very tired looking and wasn’t that clean. Staff were friendly but not only helpful with free maps of the city, recommendations or directions to their dinning area. It is little things like this which would make me rate the hotel 5 stars. Otherwise this hotel is worth the money, great for families and ideally located. "

"We arrived late in the evening of 18th October and unfortunately, due to not receiving an email with the code for the key, the owner had to come and let us in. We apologised and she directed us to our room. The next morning the owner served us the most delicious breakfast, with homemade produce as well as locally sourced foods. When we checked out she gave us some chocolates. Superb, friendly service and a lovely little place which feels so welcoming. We would definitely recommend!"
